# Is the Sculptra treatment painful?

Sculptra treatments are generally well-tolerated, but everyone's pain tolerance is different. Here's what you need to know:

- **Post-treatment Soreness:** Some tenderness and swelling at the injection sites are common and usually subside within a few days. Over-the-counter pain relief medication can help manage this.
