Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At AIVI Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all patients, the following policies apply:
Deposit Policy
A $125 deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
- The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you receive treatment during your appointment, your deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
- If you schedule a consultation but choose not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be retained to compensate our providers for their time, expertise, and personalized treatment recommendations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other patients.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
- As a courtesy, you may reschedule your appointment one time, provided the request is made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the $125 deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
- No-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

A Full Facial Consultation is required for all new patients before any cosmetic treatment is performed.
Please book a New Patient Consultation before scheduling any treatment services.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message with instructions to complete a comprehensive facial assessment, including submitting photos and relevant medical information. This allows your provider to evaluate your concerns, determine candidacy, and create a personalized treatment plan before your visit.
