A deposit of $75 is required on all services. Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances and is applied towards your total balance after treatment. If you do not book a treatment following your consultation, the deposit fee will go to our providers to compensate for their time and expertise. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once as a courtesy and must be within the 48-hour window policy. Patients who provide less than the 48-hour notice will forfeit their deposit and will have to repay a new deposit to book an appointment. Any no-shows will result a charge of 50% of the cost of treatment and all deposits are forfeited.
