Policy

A deposit of $75 is required on all services. Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances and is applied towards your total balance after treatment. If you do not book a treatment following your consultation, the deposit fee will go to our providers to compensate for their time and expertise. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once as a courtesy and must be within the 48-hour window policy. Patients who provide less than the 48-hour notice will forfeit their deposit and will have to repay a new deposit to book an appointment. Any no-shows will result a charge of 50% of the cost of treatment and all deposits are forfeited. Full Facial Consultations are REQUIRED for all NEW patients. Please select New Patient Consultation prior to booking any services. You will receive a TEXT message for a full face assessment.
