Appointment & Cancellation Policy
A $125 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve an appointment. The booking fee is applied toward the treatment performed at that appointment.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. One courtesy reschedule is permitted when requested within the 48-hour cancellation window. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
No-shows will forfeit the booking fee and may be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
New patients may be asked to complete a consultation before treatment so we can review medical history, concerns, goals, and appropriate treatment options.
Full Facial Consultations are REQUIRED for all NEW patients. Please select New Patient Consultation prior to booking any services. You will receive a TEXT message for a full face assessment.
