We assess movement patterns, structure, and skin quality, then begin with Daxxify to address expression lines.
First Sculptra session

Structural rebuilding begins, typically spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart across a series of sessions.
CoolPeel or RF microneedling

Skin quality treatment is introduced once initial healing from injectables has settled.
*Remaining Sculptra sessions & maintenance

Structure continues to build as collagen production increases, with skin quality treatments layered in as needed.

Daxxify, Sculptra and Coolpeel or RF Microneedling can be done all in the first session. Results vary and can take 3-6 months for collagen remodeling.

Do I need all three treatments, or can I start with one?

You can absolutely start with one. Many patients begin with the treatment addressing their most visible concern, then add the others once they see results. The consultation will help identify where to start.

How long does the full program take?

Most patients complete the core program over 3 to 6 months, since Sculptra alone requires a series of sessions spaced weeks apart for proper collagen building.

Is there downtime with the combined approach?

Each treatment has its own brief recovery window, but they’re spaced out enough that you’re not managing multiple downtimes at once. We sequence appointments with that in mind.

Will results look natural, or overdone?

Our approach across every treatment is restraint: enhance what’s already there rather than change it. Combining treatments doesn’t mean combining intensity, it means addressing different problems appropriately.

What if I only want the skin quality piece?

That’s fine. CoolPeel and RF microneedling stand on their own as skin quality treatments. The full program is for patients who want movement, structure, and surface addressed together, not a requirement.
